Floating Shelf & Mantel Bracket – FL, Sold Individually

Create a floating wooden shelf or mantel with the FL concealed steel bracket from VDS Metalworks. Solid round pins fit into drilled holes in the timber, leaving the support hidden after installation.

Materials and finish

• Wall plate: 6 × 30 mm solid steel flat bar
• Pins: 12 mm diameter solid round steel
• Pin projection from wall: 150 mm
• 6 mm countersunk fixing holes
• 250, 450 and 650 mm brackets have two pins
• 850 and 1050 mm brackets have three pins

Wall-plate lengths: 250 mm, 450 mm, 650 mm, 850 mm, 1050 mm.

What you receive

One bracket in your selected size. Wooden shelves, beams, mantels and decorative items shown in the photographs are not included.

Installation

Choose fixings suitable for your wall construction and shelving. The supported weight depends on bracket size, wall construction, fixings, shelf material and installation.

Check the timber thickness and depth against the pin diameter and projection before ordering. Accurate drilling is needed to fit the pins into the timber.
