Shipping policy

Processing time 

Order will be dispatched next working day after payment completed . 

Custom order's  will be dispatched  when available,please allow extra time for these orders as we have to custom design and manufacture them. It could take extra 2-3 days to complete an  order . 

Shipping 

We are using Evri , Royal Mail , Parcelforce courier services .

Tracking number will be provided with every order 

Delivery time 2-5 working days depends on your location .

Unfortunately we can't control courier work , and we can't take responsibility for courier delays . If you see anything wrong with your delivery please contact us as soon as possible , we will work with courier service to sort delivery issues . 

We offer free shipping cost for orders over £50 . 

Customers are responsible for providing us with a complete correct address. You must include all relevant address information such as unit/suite numbers, business name etc.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or issues with the delivery from the customer's side, we will refund the cost for the items minus the shipping cost
